Each school year, San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household, emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements. This is includes permission to use technology on campus.

To complete Annual Update:
- 1. Login to your Parent Portal.
- 2. Click on the 3 line icon located in the upper left corner.
- 3. Click on the “More” button.
- 4. Click on “Online Enrollment Annual Update” located at the bottom of the screen.
Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period. Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process.
