SRVUSD ANNUAL UPDATE

Each school year, San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household, emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.  This is includes permission to use technology on campus.

To complete Annual Update:
 
  • 1.  Login to your Parent Portal.
  • 2.  Click on the 3 line icon located in the upper left corner.
  • 3.  Click on the “More” button.
  • 4.  Click on “Online Enrollment Annual Update” located at the bottom of the screen.
 
Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period. Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process.

COYOTE CREEK SCHOOL ONLINE REGISTRATION

All families, new and returning, must register their children for school each year.  You enroll your child one time in SRVUSD.  Registration is school-site specific and happens each school year.  The process is completed online and takes approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete.

  • CLASSROOM ASSIGNMENTS:  August 7 at 12pm
    • You will need to use your Parent Portal to see who your child's teacher is. Click here to access your Portal. Class assignments will be available for viewing in your Parent Portal.

VOLUNTEERS

VOLUNTEERS

Adults who wish to volunteer on a school campus, drive and/or chaperone a day and/or overnight field trip and/or athletic event need to apply through the Volunteer Management System (VMS).  The VMS is a web-based software application that allows the District and all schools to better track and provide the appropriate level of clearance for school volunteers.

TRAFFIX

TRAFFIX

The TRAFFIX bus program has made a significant improvement in reducing traffic congestion at elementary schools in the most congested parts of Danville and San Ramon.  Parents are saving time and money and kids love riding the bus.
